The Service is operated by Tigrinya Party Games ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
All content within the Service — including but not limited to the game mechanics, software code, user interface design, word lists, proverb databases, Tigrinya-language content, Ge'ez script typography, visual design, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Tigrinya Party Games and is protected under applicable copyright, database protection, and intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service or its content. Your use of the Service does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
The Tigrinya and Ge'ez-language word and proverb compilations contained in this Service constitute original proprietary databases. Unauthorised extraction, reproduction, or use of this data is a violation of both these Terms and applicable database protection laws, including EU Directive 96/9/EC.

You expressly agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
Use any automated tool, script, bot, web crawler, spider, data miner, browser extension, or any other automated or semi-automated means to access, retrieve, scrape, index, copy, or collect any content, data, word lists, proverbs, or other materials from the Service, in whole or in part, without our prior express written consent.
Copy, reproduce, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, including its software, design, or data, for the purpose of creating a competing product, application, or service that is substantially similar to, or based upon, the Service.
Sell, license, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit any portion of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.
Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature, access control, rate limit, digital rights management system, or technical protection measure associated with the Service.
Represent yourself as affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of Tigrinya Party Games without express written authorisation.
Liquidated Damages: You acknowledge that violations of Section 4.1 (Scraping) or Section 4.2 (Cloning) cause harm that is difficult to quantify precisely. You therefore agree that, in addition to any other remedies available to us, you shall be liable for liquidated damages of £500 (five hundred pounds sterling) per day for each day on which such violation continues, which the parties agree represents a reasonable pre-estimate of loss and is not a penalty.
The Service and all its original content are protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any portion of the Service may result in civil and criminal penalties.
If you believe that any content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with: (a) a description of the work you believe has been infringed; (b) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information; and (d) a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorised. We will respond promptly to all valid notices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tigrinya Party Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed £50 (fifty pounds sterling).
The Service does not collect personally identifiable information. Game preferences and session data are stored locally on your device using browser localStorage and are never transmitted to our servers. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
